Information we do not ask for on this website

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, ZIP codes, driver's license numbers, bank or payment card information, mortgage account or loan numbers, income figures, or health information through this website. If you later apply for insurance, the insurance company's application will ask for more — that is a separate process governed by that company's privacy notice.

Service providers that operate our systems under contract — for example our CRM, hosting, telephony, email and SMS providers, and analytics tools — which are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us
Legal recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or regulator request, or to protect our rights
A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use analytics and advertising technologies, which may include the Meta pixel and Google Analytics. These do not load until you choose "Accept" in the banner on this site. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off.

We do not send your answers about mortgage balance, age range, coverage status, or any health-related information to advertising platforms.

Text messages and calls

Your choices and rights

Retention

We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to telemarketing and insurance activity, and then delete or de-identify them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date and version above. Material changes will be posted here.
