Consent language version:
Communication & Consent Policy
Plain version: you decide how we contact you, we keep a record of exactly what you agreed to, and you can turn it off at any time by telling us in any reasonable way.
Who may contact you
Only and the licensed insurance agents appointed with us. Your consent names one company — this one. We do not pass your consent, or your information, to other agencies, lead buyers, or "marketing partners."
What you are agreeing to
1. Phone calls
If you check the calls box, you're agreeing that we may call the number you gave us about mortgage protection, including calls placed with automated dialing technology or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. This is not a condition of buying anything — if you'd rather not be called, use the email-only option on the form and skip this entirely.
2. Text messages
The consent you give on the request form covers text messages as well as calls, at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Email
If you ask us to contact you by email, we'll reply to your request. Marketing emails are separate, always include an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly.
Calls may be recorded
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. Where the law requires it, you'll be told at the start of the call and can decline.
When we call
We place calls and send texts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time, which is tighter than the federal rule, because several states require it. We limit how often we attempt to reach you and we stop when you tell us to.
How to withdraw consent
Any reasonable method works. You don't have to use magic words or a specific channel:
- Tell the agent on the phone
- Click unsubscribe in an email
- Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE to a text
We process opt-outs promptly and add you to our internal do-not-contact list. Tell us if you want us to stop all contact rather than just one channel, and we'll do that.
What we keep as proof
For every request submitted through this website we store the exact consent wording shown, its version number, whether each box was checked, the date and time, the page URL and form version, and the campaign the visit came from. We keep it so that if there's ever a question about what you agreed to, the answer is a record rather than an argument.
Do Not Call
We maintain an internal do-not-call list and scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries. Registering on the national registry does not by itself stop calls you have specifically agreed to receive — withdrawing your consent with us does.
